Lucado Explains How to Ensure Your Place in Heaven

  Numerous publications have been printed about Heaven recently, no doubt mankind is looking up for encouragement as this World sinks deeper into darkness.  Being a fan of this subject, I've had an opportunity to read the majority of these books yet Max Lucado brings fresh awareness and imperative information on this popular subject.  Max seems to excel and bring to the reader much more than the average content. Although it is a joy to read how grand Heaven will be and I would be the last to say that I tire of hearing about this yet Mr. Lucado goes a step further by supplying to us the knowledge of how to ensure our chance of getting there.  Using scripture, the author reminds us ''Not everyone who say's 'You are our Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven"' Matthew 7:21.  Max directs his readers to dig deeper into the Word of God so that they may be properly prepared and ready when Christ calls us home.  He explains how we must be spiritually clothed , '"But clothed yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ and forget about satisfying your sinful self"' Romans 13:14.  Not mincing any words to gain favor, the author's only goal is to bring us the truth.  This New York Times  best selling author speaks boldly and specifically about what God expects from his children. As always, I am blown away and encouraged by Lucado's newest venture.  It astounds me that he is always able to exceed my expectations and teach me new, revelant points about our walk with God. I had the honor to review this book for Book Sneeze in exchange for my thoughts.  If you yearn for that place where there will be no more pain or sorrow than this book is for you.  If you are down in the Valley and feel overwhelmed by the trials and disappointments in your life...this book is for you.  If you can't see the rainbow and pot of gold as the storms continue to beat on your household...this is for you and if you want to see your loved ones that have passed on again, invest your time in reading this stellar book for the sake of  your soul's eternity.

Christ is Real

     Max Lucado's Next Door Savior is another one of his gifts to his readers.  This Author never disappoints and his fan's are aware of the encouragement and joy that he transcends throughout his works.  I had the wonderful opportunity of reviewing his new book through Book Sneeze in exchange for my opinion.  Next Door Savior proves and sights examples of Jesus Christ and his love for us and the reality of having a real relationship with him every single day.  He desires to commune with us and to go with us wherever we go.  I was especially fond of  chapter seven entitled 'What Jesus Says at Funerals'.  The author always uses scripture to back up what he is telling us, which is why I enjoy his books.  Reflecting on John Chapter 11, Max Lucado relates what might have happened if Mary and Martha were attending their brother, Lazarus's funeral.  Without taking away from the beautiful way Lucado creates this scene, he explains what Christ does to sympathize with those who have experienced a tremendous loss.  Jesus weeps.  He weeps along with those who are grieving even though he is well aware of the beauty of the afterlife.  Jesus knows pain, he weeps with us.  Max goes on sharing examples of how Jesus Christ is Alive and how he intervenes with us.  It is an uplifting book which I highly recommend. 

More than We Deserve Grace by Max Lucado

Many individuals can't embrace the total joys that God has given them because they feel they do not deserve it.  Max Lucado addresses this concern in his newest work "Grace More Than We Deserve Greater Than We Imagine".  This book will help people realize that we will never be perfect and that Grace is a gift which none of us are worthy of.  God gives us Grace out of his love for his creation. Max Lucado is one of my favorite Christian author's.  His success is due, in part, to backing up his thoughts with scripture.  He elaborates on subjects such as Jesus Christ comes to our defense (what could be a sweeter thought) and Heaven is Guaranteed.  His words are uplifting and always encouraging.  They erase thoughts that one might have.  His readers are rejuvenated and excited to continue serving God.  I had the wonderful opportunity of reviewing this book for Book Sneeze online.  Don't  miss out on a grand experience, get your copy today~

Outlive Your Life By Max Lucado & A Book Giveaway!

Max Lucado challenge's believer's to be more like Christ in his inspiring book, Outlive Your Life.  He reminds the reader of the difficult times that we are living in and the hope that we have.  Christain's are called to share the hope and love of Jesus Christ.  This book reminds me of  a saying I once heard that made a great impression on my life, that the greatest preaching does not come from speaking but through our actions.  By living one's faith.  Max Lucado guides us through the Gospel of Acts and the Days of Pentecost urging us to have that same commitment and like enthusiasm to walk daily in the Spirit.  In his book he states that when you look upon the poor, you are looking at Jesus.  When you look at the needy, you are looking at Christ.  We all can do our part in assisting and showing the Love of  God.  In doing so, our lives are more enriched and those around us will be blest.  Max Lucado stresses that with each one doing our part we can reach a multitude of  souls.  We will be leaving a legeny, making our mark on a world that so badly needs the Truth.  He also forewarns us that it won't be easy  and that we must expect persecution.  The members of the early church put the Lord first in all that they did and God blessed them greatly for their efforts.  I love the urgency that the author puts in his writings as he reminds us that the time for action is now.  I had the great priviledge of reviewing this book for Book Sneeze.  In celebration of  the start of my new blog,  I will be running a giveaway.
