Precious Book on Love for Toddlers

Mary Manz Simon has created a perfect book for toddlers to comprehend about love.  Within it's pages she skillfully intertwines how to share the love that they find because the love is within themselves by doing kind things.  It's a 'flip-the-flap book'; making reading also fun for children. There are beautiful illustrations by Hannah Wood.   Mom's will appreciate the strong binding of this lovely publication.  I was given the wonderful opportunity of reviewing this treasure for Tyndale books in exchange for my honest thoughts.  Ms. Simon reverts back to scripture for explanation of each deed done in love.  A+

The Berenstain Bears ad the Christmas Angel is sure to delight children and the young at heart this holiday season.  Since 1962 the berenstain bear book stories have been teaching little ones valuable lessons about life.  Mike Berenstain has started where his parent's left off.  This newest addition opens with a verse from scripture.  This is one of many stories based on the angels mentioned in the Bible.  I was very touched by Zonderkidz Berenstain Bears.  I was given the opportunity to review for the BookLook Bloggers.

The Color Code Bible~ Great for Adult's Too!

When it come's to the Holy Scriptures, I am all for anything that aid's in the learning process.  There are so many extra tools in the NKJV Color Code Bible to enhance the reading experience that even, I, at 60 years of age would keep this for my own reference.  I commend Thomas Nelson for their creavity and knowledge to put together this spectacular bible.  Yes, it was intended for children, but would also aide those with vision problems.  The color coding is adorable.  Purple words are in reference to Heaven, Gold words are God and that's how the system works.
This Bible also lists all the prophetic books along with the major prophets and minor prophets; the books of history and books of poetry.  There is a whole section on where you can find certain stories such as where you can read about Solomon or Samuel ext.  These all enhance reading the Bible.  I highly recommend to young and old alike.  I was given the opportunity to review through Book Look Bloggers.

Age Appropriate Bible Offers More Than Cuteness~

Age appropriate (4-8 years) and easy to understand The Veggie Tales Bible New International Reader Version is equipped with multiple tools to enhance your child's experience in learning the scriptures.
There is an introduction to each book to prepare the reader about who wrote the book and key highlights.  This is an essential guide especially for first time readers of the Bible.
Bigger words can sometimes be intimidating, so there is also a dictionary included to resolve that problem.
Parents will be pleased to know that chapters and sentences are shortened in an effort to keep the reader's interest.  Midway through the Bible there are 8 full color Bible stories as told by the veggie tales.  These are simply adorable and appear like comics.
For little minds that tend to forget "Remember This" has 100 entries of scripture to remember.  I was honored to read this book for Book Look Bloggers in exchange for my review.  This children's Bible actually is better than I expected and I very highly recommend!

Delivering The Message Of Love At Christmas Through A Child's Eye

Little ears need a special way to understand Bible implications.  Veggie Tales and ZonderKidz make learning fun with Author Karen Poth in "Yuletide Ice Cube Fair."  The writer takes our toddlers (ages 2-4) on a magical journey to discover the true meaning of Christmas.   In their perfect way the story is not too long to lose little one's attention and is exploding with plenty of bright illustrations.  I highly recommend this book as the perfect gift for your children and grandchildren this upcoming holiday 2014.  I was given the fine opportunity to rate and review for BookLook Bloggers,

How to Keep Your Man Happy~

When a Woman Loves A Man Pursuing His Heart authored by James Ford Jr. is the perfect tool to read on how to keep your spouse happy.  We live in a generation, sadly, that does not cherish the sacred vows of marriage.  God would not ask us to do something if it were impossible.  My spouse and I hardly ever fight and when He walks into a room my stomach gets butterflies.  Many of the principles that Mr. Ford Jr. outlines for a wife, I have been doing for years.  I was so grateful to read this book supplied to me by Moody Press in exchange for my honest opinion.  Here's some of the divine information, biblically based that is presented in the book by chapter.  Chapter 2 When a woman loves a man, she completes and complements him.

Chapter 3 states when a woman loves a man, she submits to his headship (this is from scripture); Chapter 4 expounds upon when a woman loves a man she cherishes him.  The author sites examples of what a wife can do daily to strengthen their relationship.  This book is excellent in learning how to look outside of ourselves and do for the other individual.  Wives are directed to be less argumentive and more emotionally supportive.  Give credit when credit is due.  This book is a must have for all young couples and/or those looking to put the spark back in your marriage.

Billy Graham in Quotes

At 92 years old, Billy Graham is still reaching out to individuals to find true contentment in giving their lives over to God.  In this newest project, "Billy Graham in Quotes" Franklin Graham and Thomas Nelson gather his most thought provoking quotes (covering seven decades of  ministry) to inspire those with a listening ear.  As a fan of quotes, I believe these truly will make an impact on the reader.  Billy Graham does not mince words but boldly states the truth as found in the Bible.  This book contains many chapters with quotes on numerous subjects which still afflict individuals.  To name a few:  addiction; abortion; anger; anxiety; angels; compromise; death; grief and grace are just a spec of the subjects embarked upon.  With 433 pages altogether, this book is great to serve as a tool to have as you experience different difficulties in life.  It does not necessarily have to be read straight through.  I encourage those who struggle with reading to buy this book as you can gain a lot of knowledge by reading small chapters.  I have had the wonderful privilege of reviewing this book for Book Sneeze online.  Yes, I recommend~

Lucado Explains How to Ensure Your Place in Heaven

Numerous publications have been printed about Heaven recently, no doubt mankind is looking up for encouragement as this World sinks deeper into darkness.  Being a fan of this subject, I've had an opportunity to read the majority of these books yet Max Lucado brings fresh awareness and imperative information on this popular subject.  Max seems to excel and bring to the reader much more than the average content. Although it is a joy to read how grand Heaven will be and I would be the last to say that I tire of hearing about this yet Mr. Lucado goes a step further by supplying to us the knowledge of how to ensure our chance of getting there.  Using scripture, the author reminds us ''Not everyone who say's 'You are our Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven"' Matthew 7:21.  Max directs his readers to dig deeper into the Word of God so that they may be properly prepared and ready when Christ calls us home.  He explains how we must be spiritually clothed , '"But clothed yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ and forget about satisfying your sinful self"' Romans 13:14.  Not mincing any words to gain favor, the author's only goal is to bring us the truth.  This New York Times  best selling author speaks boldly and specifically about what God expects from his children. As always, I am blown away and encouraged by Lucado's newest venture.  It astounds me that he is always able to exceed my expectations and teach me new, revelant points about our walk with God. I had the honor to review this book for Book Sneeze in exchange for my thoughts.  If you yearn for that place where there will be no more pain or sorrow than this book is for you.  If you are down in the Valley and feel overwhelmed by the trials and disappointments in your life...this book is for you.  If you can't see the rainbow and pot of gold as the storms continue to beat on your household...this is for you and if you want to see your loved ones that have passed on again, invest your time in reading this stellar book for the sake of  your soul's eternity.

And A Little Child Shall Lead Them~

"Heaven is for Real" Little Todd Burpo's account on his trip to Heaven and back is one book that you won't want to pass up reading!  It is delightful and inspiring, uplifting and hopeful (all those things which are hard to find in this stressful day and time we live in).  Todd's account reminds us that Heaven is our goal and that is real.  Who better to have such an awesome experience than a little child.  The Good Book tells us "that a little child shall lead them".  Children are pure and innocent.  Little children don't lie...they have no reason to.  Todd's real life story confirms that what God's word is true.  It brings us joy knowing we have a lot to look  forward to.  This lovely novel is a great comfort to those who have recently lost loved ones and it may convert the soul of a non-believer.  I adore this writing and highly recommend.  A real perk of being a member of  Book Sneeze is the wonderful opportunity of receiving books like this in exchange for an honest review.
