When Kroger's #FreshIdeasFromTheFreezer and #MyMagazineSharing offered me a #FreeSample of Marie Callender's Delights I just couldn't choose one. So I used my coupon on one meal and bought the other. I opted for Baked Turkey Meatballs in a Crushed Tomato Basil Sauce along with Baked Country Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potato and I thoroughly enjoyed them both. Marie Callender's is notorious for not using any artificial flavors and their meals are a great source of protein. You can choose between microwaving or putting in your conventional oven. Meals are low calorie between 240 -300 calories and very filling. I prefer to #OneUpped the meals with small side salads. Will definitely be purchasing again soon! Inspiralized: Turns Ordinary Vegetables into Extraordinary Meals
Growing up Italian and struggling with menopause, I knew I had to do something about the unwanted weight gain that just naturally comes with growing older. Knowing I would have to give up on a lot of my favorite foods was going to be difficult but I sought out some way that I could still have my pasta sauce and eat it too! Kudos to Ali Maffucci and "Inspiralized turn vegetables into healthy, creative, satisfying meals" my new meal plans would be way less difficult and actually delicious. I had just bought Veggetti slicer and this book opened the door to dozens of different recipes I could enjoy with it. Whatever your vegetable of choice: zucchini, eggplant, carrots, onions, squash, or cucumber to name but a few...this cookbook has sensational recipes to keep your tastebuds begging for more without the calories. Ali Maffuci even has a section of healthy snacks, what more can we ask for. This book is not only a blessing for me but my favorite book of the year which will get much use in the coming years. I highly recommend. I had the priviledge of reviewing this book for Blogging for Books. A+

Fiber One Protein CRANBERRY ALMOND Cereal, So Good You Will Think It's Dessert~
Have you ever had those cereals that were so packed with sugar that they were a turn off? General Mills got the natural sweetness down pat with their New Fiber One Protein Cranberry Almond Cereal. In fact, it is so delicious that I have to remind myself that it's not dessert but a meal. A definite plus is there is only 220 calories per serving and that it contains 20% of the daily fiber content we need. Now with Valentine's Day right around the corner, which is my wedding anniversary...I've found the perfect way to celebrate that morning with my spouse. Because of BzzAgent and General Mills I was able to taste this new cereal in exchange for my honest opinion.

Healthy Means Taste Great With General Mills New Fiber One Protein Cereal's
Being a Bzz Agent has it's perks such as receiving free boxes of the new General Mills Fiber One Protein Cereals in exchange for my honest review. Noone knows better than my family that this mom has a sweet tooth and healthy foods don't generally turn me on. Not until I tried the New Fiber One Protein Cereal Maple Brown Sugar. After my products arrived, I wasn't certain what to expect. I was blown over after trying the Maple Brown Sugar. Who would believe that something so healthy could tastes as awesome as well. I love love love the taste, so much in fact that I not only eat it for my breakfast cereal but I have a couple handfuls at night when I need a sweet snack. Only two days into this campaign and more than half of my box is already gone. That's ok, I'm planning on a long love affair with Fiber One Protein cereals. For all of those out there who made their New Year's Resolution to watch their weight....this is a preferred treat for you. Who say's that cereal can only be eaten in the morning. At only 240 calories per cup, this is a better decision for lunch than those high fat and calorie sandwiches. Finally I think I'll be able to reach my weight goals...Thanks to General Mills; Bzz Agent and Fiber One Protein Cereals. Next to try and I should be posting about is the Cranberry Almond Fiber One Protein Cereal. See you than~

The Husband's Homies Fill Up On My Kroger Frozen Yogurt Smoothie Bars
My husband had asked his fellow employee buddies over to watch The Detroit Tigers Baseball Game on his big screen television in his man cave. His man cave is in the garage along with our freezer. I went out ahead of time to supply the goodies and drinks for their get together. I bought Kroger Chips and peanuts, cookies and pretzels. Never would I ever imagine that my husband would offer his friends the Kroger Frozen Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie Bars that I got for my Bzz Agent Campaign. None of his buddies are worried about their weight or even knew that this treat is only 50 calories. I found out after the fact when everybody went home and I found the empty box. This attests to how delicious they are. I scolded my husband for not allowing me to do my thing by giving a speech . He just laughed and said that we will have to buy more boxes and tell them all next time. Kroger's Yogurt Smoothie Bars are not only for those counting calories.

Love Frozen Yogurt? How's 50 Calories Sound?
Love ice cream and frozen treats but are worried about the extra pounds that we add on by enjoying them? My favorite desert is ice cream and frozen yogurt and I could name you all the brands that offer these type of treats at lower calories. I'm not going to do that here because Kroger's frozen treats carry the lowest; I was elated to find out that there is only 50 calories per frozen yogurt bar...Yes, it's true. I was fortunate enough to pick up a box yesterday as a Bzz Agent activity. I choose the strawberry-banana flavor for my family, actually I thought they would be turned off to them once I told them this was a healthy treat. My goal was to keep the whole box for myself (smile). Well, things did not turn out that way. My husband didn't give me a chance to try before he had the box open and started to eat one. Within ten minutes he had three devoured, licking his lips and bragging how delicious they are. I knew that that I would have to hurry and try one for myself which confirmed that they are over the top. Not only are they less expensive, you can buy the 12 or 6 pack box, but they have less calories. Don't be left out, Kroger's stocks them in the freezers.

Michael Angelo's Renews Spark in Romantic Relationship
Men really don't want a lot, they just want to know that you are thinking about them. Michael Angelo made this extremely easy for me last night. My husband got the munchies for a hot snack while watching The Detroit Tigers Ball Game on tv. I decided to surprise him with the Michael Angelo's Sausage & Mushroom Flatbread I had bought at Walmart. You get two flatbreads with Carmalized Onions, Mozzarella Cheese & Arrabbiata Sauce. Now that's Italian and for those who are watching their waistline they are only 270 calories per serving. It only took this cook 15 minutes to prepare these tasty treat baking in the oven. Now the best part, my husband was so impressed that he showed me special attention for the rest of the night. So when your loved ones tire of potato chips and nuts give them Michael Angelo's...they will love you for it~
